2653 Berco says field test prove that its new ROBUSTUS (ROtating BUShing Track Undercarriage System) increases track life by 35% with a maximum of 6,000 hours of operation and reduces operating costs by 15-25%.

"According to common experience, 50% or more of the maintenance costs during the life of a crawler dozer or loader belongs to undercarriage maintenance and repairs." The core feature of its new system is the rotating bushing, which rotates when in contact with the sprocket, reducing the bushing and sprocket friction and wear, thus enabling longer life.

The new system is compatible with existing frames and standard components: older machines can be upgraded to increase their productivity and the life of the undercarriage.
