There are three different project management service packages available – Silver, Gold and Platinum – with each including four key steps. Appraise sees TWS carry out a full appraisal of a customer’s project needs, giving them accurate and timely guidance and technical advice. Plan involves a comprehensive project plan tailored to a customer’s specific installation. Support sees TWS supply complete support from its dealer network, local experts, local parts availability, and local care before, during and after installation. Finally, Install is centred on the installation process, with TWS providing varying degrees of on-site support, relative to the chosen 4Site package.

All 4Site packages are supported by TWS at a global level through its regional partners and from the firm’s Northern Ireland HQ.

The TWS product portfolio for quarries, mines and aggregates producers combines a broad range of material and washing solutions, and includes products such as the AggreSand 206 and AggreScrub 150.

Elaine Donaghy, TWS marketing manager, said bauma 2016 had lived up to its reputation as a selling exhibition. “We’ve sold two AggreSand 206 plants this week to customers in Germany and Austria. Both of those plants will have one of the three 4Site packages included in the sale. The 4Site packages give customers more on hand expertise and knowledge. Our dealers work with customers on getting the machine spec just right after our engineers have gone out and assessed the feed material.”

During the exhibition, TWS is also promoting its Germany Open Day on 1-2 June 2016 at SAS Steding in Hannover. The event, organised by TWS’s German dealer, Christophel, will showcase an AggreSand 165 wash plant coupled with a water treatment system.

Donaghy said that new TWS products will be unveiled in June this year at the Hillhead 2016 exhibition in Buxton, England.
