Magni’s RTH 6.51 high-capacity telehandler

In the SaMoTer Awards Telehandler High-capacity category, Magni was tops with its RTH 6.51 rotary unit. The new RTH 6.51 has a maximum capacity of 6tonnes. Its maximum reach height of 51m without pressure drops is thanks to increased stiffness of the hydraulic cylinders, the type of axle used and the strength of the boom - composed of seven sections (six extensions). The sections are made from high-strength materials such as Domex 1100 structural steel or Ardox 400 abrasion-resistant steel.

For the turret, there is improved hydraulic rotation by using two gear units with reduced play and multiple reduction stages. This choice involves a higher reduction ratio to allow the use of axial piston motors with higher rotation speeds. This mechanical and hydraulic solution means fine-grained control over machine rotation and optimal control in all positions, according to Magni.
