The Hazemag wobbler feeder
The Di Maso quarry company in Italy has invested in a 229 Hazemag crushing concept, and in addition to the rugged primary impact crusher with its active hydraulic control system, a wobbler feeder has been added to relieve the load on the crusher and to ensure uniform feeding.

The Type AP-PH 1414 impact crusher's latest active hydraulic control system offers a facility where the impact aprons are locked in position during operation to guarantee a uniform, high-quality product.

However, if tramp metal enters the aprons retract immediately to allow the uncrushable material to pass through, returning to their pre-set position as soon as the danger has been averted. The inlet plate of the impactor can be moved hydraulically to eliminate any jammed material.

Upstream of the impactor is the HAZEMAG wobbler feeder which removes the fines from the feed material, relieving the load on the crusher, thus leading to reduced power consumption, a lower wear rate and a higher degree of operational safety.

The main plant's feed material is limestone and the feed size is 0-800mm, with a throughput of 300tonnes/hour and a product size of 0-50mm, with some oversize.
