The firm opted for the machine with the conveyor unit as it believed this would offer significant operating benefits. The firm now has a fleet offering that includes 9m extended chutes as well as a concrete pump. The Liebherr LTB 12+4+1 truckmixer conveyor is capable of reaching 11.2-16.2m, with a middle and head telescoping sections for precise placement. The conveying height can be up to 7.5m and conveying depth down to 6m. Belt width is 360mm and the conveyor offers a variable belt speed of up to 3.5m/second, allowing it to place up to 70m³ per hour while the entire conveyor can slew between 160º and 240º. The addition of a Liebherr remote control system allows the driver to activate both the truckmixer drum and conveyor remotely, providing control of all belt functions, the discharge chute, vehicle engine on/off and stepless regulation of the drum speed.
