Efficient materials production onsite

The use of excavator-mounted equipment has been helping process demolition waste at a site in China.

Equipment from MB Crusher has been used on a site in China to process demolition material

The site is located in China’s Jiangsu province and is in a very urban location, immediately above a subway station. Because the area is highly built-up, an increase in the number of trucks to and from the site would cause problems for vehicle traffic in the area, resulting in congestion. This would also have extended completion time for the project. To handle the work, the firm fitted a BF80.3 crusher bucket from MB Crusher on its excavator, this time on a Sany 215 model. This combination was used to crush the rubble, preventing the customer from waiting for materials and also eliminating the need for trucks entering and leaving the construction site.

  • High performance, high mobility of wheeled pavers

New generation wheeled pavers aimed at use in territories such as the UK, Italy, South Africa and Southern Germany are now coming to market. Pavers in these countries are often expected to be driven from one part of a site to another or for short distances, which is why the additional mobility of the wheeled machine is preferred in many instances over similarly-sized tracked models. This preference for wheeled units comes in spite of the greater stability offered by tracked machines. BOMAG, Caterpillar and
