Long lasting and durable, the Exterra belt scraper from Superior Industries offers high performance in conveyor installations
A new and more durable belt cleaner is available from conveyor specialist 2979 Superior Industries. This belt scraper is designed to offer extended cleaning capabilities and fewer change-outs. The Exterra cleaner features more urethane and is said to offer a bulky profile and a beefy tip, all of which extends life. By adding urethane at the point of attack, the firm has managed to increase wear life substantially.

This cleaner can be sold separately or as an entire unit, while the system's blade, pole and tensioning assembly are replaceable and are said to be easy and quick to install. Superior manufactures its Exterra belt cleaner for belt widths from 457mm-1.83m.
