747 RUBBLE MASTER continues to develop its sales presence in the Chinese market with its latest series of compact mobile crushers. The firm has been investing in boosting its operation in China and now has a local subsidiary. Based in Tianjin, the Chinese sales subsidiary Tianjin RUBBLE MASTER Technology has a team of five. These personnel will serve the Chinese RM customers on site together with the 10 established local sales partners.

The team is already achieving sales success with the first mobile RM Compact Crushers having been sold and put into operation. Trials of the units with customers showed that capacities exceed expectations while the firm claims that its customers have also been impressed by the rapid start-up and versatility of the units. RUBBLE MASTER says that its low noise mobile crusher models offer low exhaust emissions which fulfil the requirements of the market.

The RUBBLE MASTER machines are also said to be durable, reliable and long-lived. Hebei Cangzhou Municiple, the first customer of RUBBLE MASTER in China, is the owner of an RM80 and an RM100, which were bought in 2005 and 2006. “We are still working with the two machines every day,” said Mr Liu, the general manager.

The RM 100GO! now being offered in China features the firm’s new generation of mesh deck screens as well as hydraulic slewing of its refeeding belts. The firm claims tthat its RM 100GO! offers a high-performance for the compact crusher market that features quiet operation and can be used in a wide variety of applications. The machine is said to be fast and uncomplicated to start up, for quick and efficient on-site recycling. With a capacity of up to 250tonnes/hour, depending on input material, the RM 100GO! is said to produce a high-quality end product.

The machine can handle materials such as construction and demolition waste, concrete, asphalt, glass, coal, natural stone or steel-reinforced concrete with an edge length of up to 750mm. Highly compact, the RM 100GO! weighs only 29tonnes and is said to offer a high throughput on a par with that of larger crushers.

In addition to single-operator handling, the RM crusher models are said to be durable and offer a good price/performance ratio. Back-up is provided by RM Lifetime Support and local service through the company’s own established dealers. The firm also says that its dealers have an extensive stock of original RM spare and wear parts in all regions. A dedicated Tianjin RUBBLE MASTER Technology wear parts warehouse is also planned.
