Towed recycler/stabiliser from FAE

FAE is offering an improved version of its Multitask Heavy (MTH) model, as well as a variant designed for high-power applications. This latter model is aimed at use with towing vehicles featuring power outputs from 224-373kW.

FAE is offering uprated towed recyclier/stabilisers

The firm says that its versatile high-power design can be used for soil stabilisation, with a maximum operating depth of 500mm.

Both new models feature redesigned frames and are said to be more durable in tough working applications. The units have important innovations such as the novel variable displacement chamber, which benefits from revised kinematics. This system features twin piston rods, which help to synchronise vertical rotor movement. The firm says that as a result, operation is optimised and uniform across the working area.

Particle size of material processed can be changed by adjusting the grill on the rear hood and the Hardox counter blade inside the crushing chamber.

Different models are available: the MTH/HP 225 with a maximum operating width of 2.32m; the MTH/HP 250 with a maximum operating width of 2.56m.
