Simex says that its latest screening buckets offer high output in difficult materials recycling duties

Italian attachment specialist Simex says that its latest models offer high efficiency for materials recycling applications. According to the firm, its current range includes four buckets, the VSE 10, VSE 20, VSE 30 and VSE 40, which can be used on excavators weighing from 8tonnes to 45tonnes.

These units offer load capacities ranging from 0.4-1.8m3 and the firm says that these all feature easy loading, ease of use and high productivity. A patented Simex features allows a rapid size adjustment of the material to be screened using a control in the operator cab. This patented system means that output sizes can be changed without long downtime or complicated adjustments.

According to Simex, its VSE range offers high production due to the design of the internal components. The specific shape of the tools allows an intense movement of the material to be screened, boosting overall productivity. To further boost performance, Simex also offers specially designed tools for different applications such as stone or recycled materials.
