Dynapac has appointed Nikhil Sapre as its new president

Dynapac has appointed Nikhil Sapre as the new president, effective October 1st, 2024. Sapre succeeds Paul Hense who will join FAYAT Group as vice president for FAYAT Road Equipment Division, after close to 10 years at Dynapac.

Sapre holds degrees in mechanical engineering and accounting and worked for TATA Motors and Atlas Copco in India before starting his international career joining Atlas Copco in Belgium and later Dynapac in Wardenburg, Germany in 2014.

During his 10 years at Dynapac, Sapre has held the positions of vice president finance and recently vice president sales & marketing. Sapre has helped to increase market share, profitability and revenue, and strengthened the sales & marketing organisation by setting up Dynapac lnternational.

Sapre will lead Dynapac with a focus on growth, digitalisation, and strong corporate social responsibility.
