Concrete slipforming alliance between Miller Formless and Guntert

Guntert & Zimmerman (G&Z) and Miller Formless Company (MFS) are forming an alliance of their sales, marketing, and service divisions. The two companies will share industry knowledge, establish a common dealer network, and market each other’s products and services. G&Z is forming an alliance on machine sales and marketing with Miller Formless
225 Guntert & Zimmerman (G&Z) and Miller Formless Company (MFS) are forming an alliance of their sales, marketing, and service divisions. The two companies will share industry knowledge, establish a common dealer network, and market each other’s products and services. The partnership will allow the two firms to provide a full range of concrete construction machinery and related equipment to the industry. In addition, the companies also intend to collaborate on advancements in technology and machine design.

MFS is based in McHenry, Illinois while G&Z is based in Ripon, California.  “As industry leaders, G&Z and MFS share the same philosophy of providing their customers with the most productive and versatile equipment on the market,” said Alessandro Bernacchia, executive vice president of G&Z.  “This partnership really began years ago,” added Scott Smith, CEO of Miller Formless.  “We’re thrilled that we could formalise what was already a great relationship and ensure that the industry will benefit from our enhanced expertise for years to come.”
