Productive loading is possible using the new Tamtron weighing package
2426 Tamtron's new Pro+ scale is offering accurate weighing equipment for use with wheeled loaders.

The system from the Finnish company features fast data transfer through the Internet or using USB memory sticks, allowing information to be transferred to the office immediately.

"The Pro+ package makes it possible to load a specified amount of product and features automatic angle compensation of up to 12.9°, which speeds up the working process when loading a crusher. The scale also compensates boom speed, tilting and acceleration automatically, maximising productivity," says Tamtron.

Using the Pro+ allows an operator to load over 500tonnes/hour and over 4,000tonnes in an eight-hour shift. Invoicing takes place directly on weighing on site, as the scales have official verification and are legal for trade. A further improvement is the newly-designed and larger display and ergonomic keyboard with backlight. Proper letters and symbols make the display easy to read.

The scale is equipped with an optional immobiliser and can be turned on only by using a personal PIN code. Three models are available, Tamtron Pro+ 100, Tamtron Pro+ 200 or Tamtron Pro+ 300 Internet depending on requirements.
