Bobcat now offers the sophisticated Trimble package as an option for grading work
2122 Trimble’s GCS900 3D system for grade control is now available as an upgrade from the 2D laser-guided and sonic/slope systems already offered by 1130 Bobcat.

The Trimble GCS900 is extremely flexible and can be used on excavators, dozers, motor graders, compactors, scrapers, trimmers, and milling machines. The GSC900 cab be used both as a single unit, or as an upgrade from a GCS600 Grade Control System.

Importantly, with its CAN-based design, the GCS900 can be easily moved from machine to machine, as needed.

Using digital 3D models prepared in Trimble’s Business Center – Heavy Construction Edition (HCE) office software, the Trimble GCS900 system is ideal for footpaths, parking lots and sidewalks. Part of the portfolio of Trimble Connected Site solutions, the system includes the ability to wirelessly sync files to the machine, track assets and site productivity and receive remote support or training.

The GCS900 Grade Control System uses GPS, GPS and laser, or construction total station technology to accurately position the blade or bucket in real time, significantly reducing material overages and dramatically improving the contractor's productivity and profitability.

The Trimble GCS900 Grade Control System for Bobcat grader attachments is available through Trimble’s worldwide SITECH Technology Dealer Channel.
