Sunward’s SWDM80SW piling rig is now available for the European market

Sunward is now offering its SWDM80SW piling rig for the European market. Although well proven in Sunward’s Chinese home market, the machines have not been available in Europe until now. This 27tonne machine features an 8m high boom and is powered by a Stage 5/Tier 4 Final emissions compliant engine.

The firm says that it sees potential for its piling rigs in Europe as the machines offer performance durability. An array of options is available to suit the needs of different applications.

Because these machines compete in different markets from the compact machine segments in which Sunward is well-established in Europe, the firm has set up a separate sales and service team for the piling rigs. This specialist team has seven sales staff, two of whom come from a leading player in the piling equipment segment.
