Generator manufacturer SDMO says that its new 102mm water pump and 3kW generator offer high performance and portability. Both are powered by Kohler engines, with the 5.2kW Command CH270 petrol engine in the PERFORM 3000 generator and a 5kW KD350 diesel engine in the TRASH 4 pump. Both are powered by Kohler engines, with the 5.2kW Command CH270 petrol engine in the PERFORM 3000 generator and a 5kW KD350 diesel engine in the TRASH 4 pump. The PERFORM 3000 features a solid and compact frame with a 4.1litre fuel tank that allows 3.2 hours continuous use. Power output for the 43kg unit is 3.75kVA through 110V and 240V 16A sockets. The set is protected by two individual circuit breakers and a low oil level system.

The TRASH 4 is said to be simple to operate and maintain, offering easy access to the turbine, without the need for any specialist tools.
