Indeco developed and built the world's biggest hydraulic breaker in 2008, the HP 18000

A range of products will be shown by 237 Indeco, the Italian hydraulic breaker manufacturer. The company was a pioneer of the intelligent breaker system that responds to the hardness of the material being broken and has been an innovator in the segment. An American company struggling with hard rock saw Indeco develop and build the world's biggest hydraulic breaker in 2008, the HP 18000. At 4.6m high and weighing 11.05tonnes, it can handle tools with a diameter of up to 250mm.

Indeco now offers four fixed and five rotating pulverisers and its Multi, a multi-function product in three different models. With the jaw set changed it can be used as a shear, demolition crusher or pulveriser. Indeco’s first ISS shears, designed for recycling ferrous materials, were launched in 2010 and are available in five different models. The latest arrival is the IDG demolition sorting grab.

Produced and marketed a few years ago by Indeco North America and Indeco Australia, the new series IBS pedestal boom secondary breaking system was presented to the European markets at 688 Bauma 2013. Mounted over the mouth of a primary crusher, it is used to reduce bridged and oversized material which slows down crushing operations.
