Brokk AB launched the Brokk 100 Demolition Machine during the recent World of Concrete event in Las Vegas.

Said to feature a more compact design, but with 35% greater breaking power, the Brokk 100 replaces Brokk AB‘s bestselling Brokk 90 machine.

The Brokk 100 adds to the company’s extensive line of remote controlled demolition machines, designed for use in a variety of industries including cement and metal processing, construction and demolition, mining and tunneling, and nuclear, as well as other specialty applications.

The Brokk 100’s new, state-of-the-art digital remote-control box is said to allow its operator to stay clear of any hazards on the jobsite, and monitor some of the key functions of the machine on an LCD display.

The new machine is also said by Brokk AB to be the first in the industry to deliver the flexibility of true 360° working performance, without compromising stability, productivity or reliability.

The compact design of the Brokk 100 is said to allow it to operate in the tightest, most confined spaces.

The low-profile configuration, less than 1.2metres high, is said to give the machine access into smaller openings, while the lower centre of gravity provides greater stability.
