695 Doosan Infracore Construction Equipment has extended its range of attachments for excavators with a new line of Europe-made heavy duty buckets and quick couplers.

The South Korean company says the new attachments, which are intended for all markets in Europe, Middle East and Africa, can be mounted quickly and easily, providing cost-effective and productive solutions for a number of applications, including digging, trenching, loading, mining and quarrying.

The new quick couplers are said to allow the operator to change attachments comfortably from within the cab, saving up to 25% of total machine operating time compared to a direct mount system.

Doosan’s new heavy duty grading buckets are available for excavators ranging from 14 to 30tonnes. The grading buckets have formed diamond folded top sections for additional strength with wear straps, weld-in cast side cutters and two web plates said to ensure extra rigidity.

The slim design of the bucket web plates are said by Doosan to provide more space for easier transport. The company claims the deep profile of the buckets make them ideal for levelling and loading applications.

For Doosan excavator models from 14 to 70tonnes the Firm have a new range of heavy duty construction buckets.

The buckets are said to be ideal for general construction site work as well as for use in more demanding excavating conditions. Fitted with a cast corner section and side cutters for increased protection against wear and tear, the buckets can be used for digging soil, dirt and light gravel.

A range of rock digging buckets, designed for Doosan excavators from 14 to 52tonnes, is intended for tough overburden digging applications in compacted surfaces and for abrasive material such as earth/rock, sand/clay and sand/gravel mixtures. The rock buckets are said to have a heavier cutting edge and teeth for increased strength.

Doosan says its new attachment range will be available via the company’s comprehensive dealer and service network in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
