Speaking of the firm’s new China manufacturing partnership during the recent co-located 323 Samoter-160 Asphaltica 2014 exhibition in Verona, Italy, Dr Perlini said, “This partnership is very important to the company and its future. We have been participating in the Chinese market for the last 40 years.”

China customer orders for 100-150 Perlini trucks are, according to Dr Perlini, in the process of being finalised, with the first ordered due for delivery in November 2014.

Ranging from 30-95tonne payloads, Perlini manufactures DP 255, DP 405 WD, DP 705 WD, and DP 905 WD RDTs and the DPT 70 semi articulated truck.

Perlini had one of its 65tonne DP 705 WD trucks on display at Samoter-Asphaltica 2014, which ran from May 8-11 2014.
