The Indonesian Ministry Of Public Works plans to allot US$524.5 million for the upgrade of national roads in capital Jakarta as part of its 2012 budget. The construction of the 16km Tanjong Priok access toll road is one of the key projects, along with the Ciputat-Bogor, Depok-Tangerang and Banten-Gandaria roads. Other projects budgeted are for the maintenance of national roads in Bogor, Bekasi, Jakarta and Banten.

The 1155 Indonesian Ministry Of Public Works plans to allot US$524.5 million for the upgrade of national roads in capital Jakarta as part of its 2012 budget. The industry had feared much tougher budget savings would be imposed, resulting in road projects in double figures being suspended or cancelled. The projects being halted will be a section of the I/9 road near Ceska Lipa; the Ostrava-Opava stretch of the I/11 road and two connections to the D1 highway in the Ostrava region.
