The Indonesian Ministry Of Public Works plans to allot US$524.5 million for the upgrade of national roads in capital Jakarta as part of its 2012 budget. The construction of the 16km Tanjong Priok access toll road is one of the key projects, along with the Ciputat-Bogor, Depok-Tangerang and Banten-Gandaria roads. Other projects budgeted are for the maintenance of national roads in Bogor, Bekasi, Jakarta and Banten.

The 1155 Indonesian Ministry Of Public Works plans to allot US$524.5 million for the upgrade of national roads in capital Jakarta as part of its 2012 budget. The construction of the 16km Tanjong Priok access toll road is one of the key projects, along with the Ciputat-Bogor, Depok-Tangerang and Banten-Gandaria roads.     Construction work on Indonesia’s Bekasi-Jakarta toll road has recommenced after a break of close to 20 years. The work on the 21km Bekasi-Jakarta toll road was originally started by Kresna Kusuma Dyandra Marga (KKDM), a consortium headed by state-run Waskita Karya, with a 60% share in the package.
