A new tunnel link, in Hong Kong will reduce traffic congestion and speed the city's flow of vehicles.

A new tunnel link, in Hong Kong will reduce traffic congestion and speed the city's flow of vehicles. The 300m long tunnel project is costing US$514.5 million and is due for completion by 2017, with work also including construction of the necessary road links. Construction of the Central-Wan Chai Bypass is being carried out by joint venture Chun Wo-CRGL-MBEC, which is headed by Chun Wo Holdings and includes 890 China Railway. The project was awarded by Hong Kong's Highways Department.
