TKH Security Solutions says that its Tunnelcam Ultimo lightweight camera is aimed at use in tunnel applications. The unit offers cross-sensor intelligence capabilities and it allows users to interchange thermal and optical views over a single IP address. The camera can be ordered with pre-configured settings, power supply options and several cabling options with fewer requirements for switch ports and cables. The camera is also built to withstand high-pressure water jets, corrosive exhaust gases and other conditions found in tunnel environments. Additionally, the Tunnelcam Ultimo camera is capable of locating heating sources, capturing clear images. Also, automatic incident detection can be enabled in the camera with the installation of a third party Automatic Incident Detector (AID).
