The all-steel American-made HUG also has an automatic exit sensor that picks up vehicular movement, eliminating false openings. 8029 DEELLC’s HUG has been embraced by the construction, energy, mining and military sectors. The American-made HUG uses a 2.5cm (1") solid steel axle shaft on two 1,400kg (3,100lb) rated cast iron roller bearings and an ultra-heavy duty stainless actuator that has a 1,406kg (3,400lb) load capacity - all for a 2.7kg (6lb) arm.
