The new framework has been created to allow customers to efficiently and cost-effectively procure a wide range of traffic management solutions, services and products. The new partnership is part of a wider collaboration between Capita Symonds and Telent's traffic technology business through which the partners plan to bring to market a number of innovative cost saving propositions.
