In addition to overall management, the firm's specific roles include planning and evaluating alternatives, traffic and civil engineering analysis, cost estimating, public and stakeholder outreach and program development of recommended solutions. The company also leads the agency partnering process that includes coordination with concurrent transit, highway and toll road studies and projects under way in the Austin area.
