Imtech announces major contracts

Dutch technical services provider Imtech has announced it has been awarded contracts totalling US$48.25 million in the fields of traffic infrastructure management and traffic management. The contracts also include technology solutions for traffic data collection in the UK, Belgium and Sweden, tunnel maintenance in the Netherlands and motorway water-related disruption prevention in Poland.

    Gatso and the Traffic Enforcement Team of the National Public Prosecutor’s Office have signed a contract for a new section control system on one of the directions of the A2 highway in the Netherlands.     The Dutch province of South Holland has awarded the contract for building the Rijnland Route to the consortium Comol5, according to consortium member Vinci. Rijnland Route will connect Katwijk, via the A44, to the A4 at Leiden. Comol5 consists of TBI companies Mobilis and Croonwolter&dros (25% each), DIMCO - DEME Infra Marine Contractors - (25%) and Vinci Construction Grands Projets (25%).
