Work includes widening of an existing road from the Kosovo border to the village of Blace village and construction of a part of the A4 motorway to connect the village with another local road.

Road construction business Granit, based in Skopje, was a state-owned company until it was privatised in 1996. The company owns several concrete and asphalt plants as well as stone quarries.
