ARTBA’s yearly video competition had two winners in the Safety Category. In Age Group One (Elementary, Middle or High School Students) for “Car Safety”, this was Ryan Song. Ryan is an 8th grader at Buena Vista Seventh-day Adventist School in Auburn, Washington. In his animated video, Ryan identifies safe driving practices and habits, sharing tips to avoid accidents and injury to yourself and to others.

    The American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) has announced the winners of its annual student video contest. A group of 18 high school students from North Carolina and three graduate and post-graduate students from New England were named winners.
