IRF World Congress 2024: the website is live and registration is open

Registration is open for the IRF World Congress

The International Road Federation (IRF) has announced the launch of the official website of the congress and the opening of registration for its upcoming IRF World Congress to be held in Istanbul on 15-18 October 2024.

With over 2,000 participants from 130 countries, the event is set to be a crucial meeting point to discuss the future of mobility on a global scale. Under the theme "Connecting to Empower Sustainable Mobility for All," the congress will focus on the importance of creating networks and collaborations that promote sustainable solutions for current and future challenges in the transport sector.

Early bird Registration: Secure your spot! 

Registration for the Congress is now open, with early bird rates available until 15 July and special discounts for groups. This is a unique opportunity for participants to secure a place at this important event, which promises to provide deep insights, valuable connections, and a clear vision of the future of transport and infrastructure.

A Diverse Programme and Ministerial Meeting 

The Congress boasts a rich and diverse programme, including technical sessions (6 in parallel) and special high-level sessions; technical visits to Türkiye’s infrastructure landmarks such as the Eurasia Tunnel and the Çanakkale 1915 Bridge. A highlight of the Congress will be the ministerial meeting on the theme "Decarbonised and Resilient Transport for Resilient Societies and Economies," offering world leaders the opportunity to discuss strategies and initiatives to address the crucial challenges of sustainability and resilience in the transport sector.
