Klaruw RMS has won Safety Project of the Year for a joint submission with Area 10 managing agent contractor A-one+ in the recent Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation North-Western Branch 2011 Awards.

1478 Klaruw RMS has won Safety Project of the Year for a joint submission with Area 10 managing agent contractor A-one+ in the recent Chartered Institution of Highways & Transportation North-Western Branch 2011 Awards. The award recognises Klaruw’s work with A-one+ in implementing KlaruwTex190 (K190) computer controlled bush hammering at sites in the area to improve surface friction and reduce loss of control incidents. The Area 10 network carries the highest volumes of traffic outside London and comprises several strategic routes in northwest England including the northsouth M6; the M60 Manchester
Outer Ring Road and the eastwest M56 and M62, both of which form part of the Trans- European network.
