Meanwhile €184.37 million has been budgeted for road investments as part of the Eastern Poland Programme. The towns of Bialystok, Lublin, Kielce, Olsztyn and Rzeszow are all eligible to apply for a portion of the funds. The provincial areas of Warminsko-Mazurskie, Podkarpackie, Podlaskie, Swietokrzyskie and Lubelskie also qualify.
