Construction work is now well underway for Vietnam’s important North-South Expressway project. By the end of 2024, around 654km of the expressway should be complete, with the work being carried out in phases.

Sections being worked on include the Mai Son-National Highway 45, the Cam Lo-La Son, Vinh Hao-Phan Thiet and Phan Tut-Dau Giay stretch. However, some of the works are now running behind schedule and productivity will have to be increased for the sections to be ready by the scheduled time.

Consultants have yet to be selected for some of the stretches.
