Vietnam highway construction

Vietnam’s Van Don-Mong Cai highway is expected to cost US$471.4 million to construct. The 80km-long highway will be built in Quang Ninh Province in the north of the country. The route will feature two lanes in either direction and the project will be carried out under the build-operate-transfer, PPP model.
