    The Ukraine has set out a plan for a major bridge upgrade programme stretching across the country. More than US$1 billion will be spent on improving important bridge links.
The work is being planned by Ukraine’s state-owned road company, Ukravtodor. The programme should take five years to carry out, with 100 key bridge connections having been identified as priority projects for improvements.
