The project would include a 30km road link connecting Songkhla and Satun provinces. The aim is to provide a land connection linking the Andaman Sea to the Gulf of Thailand and it would also include an oil pipeline, an oil refinery and a petrochemical complex. Investors from Abu Dhabi, Japan and Kuwait are encouraging the Thai Government to proceed with the project.
