Saudi strategy

The contractors Arabian Electrical Equipment Company and Mohamad Al-Ali Al-Suwailem Company are to build a combined road and power substation project in Saudi Arabia's Al-Kharj Industrial City.

The contractors Arabian Electrical Equipment Company and 1292 Mohamad Al-Ali Al-Suwailem Company are to build a combined road and power substation project in Saudi Arabia's Al-Kharj Industrial City. The road project is for a 25km expressway and the deal also includes building three overhead intersections. The new route will link Al-Kharj with the existing Riyadh-Dallam Road.

    Road construction projects worth around US$335 million (ETB 6.5 billion) combined have been awarded by the Ethiopian Roads Authority (ERA) to three Chinese companies, as part of the fourth Road Sector Development Programme.
