Russia toll road development

A stretch of Russia’s M4 Do Federal Highway will switch to toll road operation. The stretch of road runs from Rostov-on-don to Krasnodar (South). The project will include upgrades to the route so as to improve safety and capacity. The work is expected to cost in the region of US$108 million.
