Poland road tenders being announced

Polish General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) is announcing tenders for the construction of a series of major routes. One key stretch is for a 41km section of the S14 dual carriageway, which will link the A2 highway with the S8 dual carriageway and which will constitute Lodz's western ring-road. According to declarations of the Polish Infrastructure and Development Ministry, work on the S14 project will commence in 2016.

3519 Polish General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) is announcing tenders for the construction of a series of major routes. One key stretch is for a 41km section of the S14 dual carriageway, which will link the A2 highway with the S8 dual carriageway and which will constitute Lodz's western ring-road. According to declarations of the Polish Infrastructure and Development Ministry, work on the S14 project will commence in 2016.

A further two tenders have been announced by GDDKiA for the construction of the S6 dual carriageway or so-called Trasa Kaszubska which will run from Lebrkr to Gdynia. The first tender envisages the construction of two dual carriageway sections which will be 32.4km long, while the second tender will concern a 10.3mn section between the Luzino and the Szemud junction, and a 22.8km section between the Szemud junction and the Gdyna Wielki Kack junction.
