Parsons Brinckerhoff will serve as prime consultant for preliminary engineering, final design, and construction-phase services for the new bridge. The team will also evaluate customised lighting and architectural features for community cohesion. Accelerated bridge construction techniques will be employed to reduce construction time, which should commence in 2016 and be completed in one construction season.
