Oman highway upgrade awarded

Contractor Galfar Engineering & Contracting (Galfar) will handle a key highway upgrade in Oman. The local firm has the US$138 million package of works for the work to the road connecting roads between Al Jafnain and Al Ansab.

The work is due for completion in mid-2026. The improvement work will see sections of the route upgraded to three lanes in either direction.
