New road for Russia’s Krasnodar Region

A new 23km road project is planned for Russia’s Krasodar Region. Construction of the new road project is expected to commence in 2025. The new route will cost an estimated US$225.s million to build. Included in the construction of the new route will be new interchanges and multi-lane overpass stretches.

  • Nova Scotia sets road budget for 2019-20 at US$224 million

    The Canadian province of Nova Scotia will get US$224 million for road upgrades in 2019-20, a boost of $11.2 million over the current period.     Work is starting on an upgrade for a 100km stretch of road in Zambia. The route connects Nchelenge and Chiengi districts and will benefit from a new asphalt surface. The project is costing US$77 million and is being carried out by the contractor Sinohydro Zambia. Delays to the work have been caused by heavy rains however. The Zambian Government has paid an initial $3.8 million for the work to be carried out and the project is expected to take two years to complete.
