Construction work for Stage 3 of the Metro Manila Skyway in the Philippines is now complete. The expressway runs through Luzon and connects the North Luzon Expressway in Quezon City with the South Luzon Expressway in Makati City.

The work on the 18km elevated toll road section was completed ahead of schedule. This section of the project had a deadline of October 31st 2020. The construction work has been carried out by the San Miguel Corporation (SMC).

The expressway follows the same route as the existing South Luzon Expressway for much of its length. The new toll road is elevated, running directly above the existing expressway.

The Metro Manila Skyway is one of 23 projects that make up the EDSA Decongestion Programme. The new elevated highway has been built to help reduce chronic traffic congestion in Manila.
