A new Malaysian highway concession agreement

A consortium is to handle the concession package for Malaysia’s Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (Kidex) project. The concession and contracting consortium comprises the construction companies Emrail and Zabima Engineering and Construction. A consortium is to handle the concession package for Malaysia’s Kinrara-Damansara Expressway (Kidex) project. The concession and contracting consortium comprises the construction companies Emrail and Zabima Engineering and Construction.
