Myanmar bridge on track

Work is said to be progressing on track in Myanmar (Burma) on the Ayeyawady Bridge (Pakokku) project.

Work is said to be progressing on track in Myanmar (Burma) on the Ayeyawady Bridge (Pakokku) project. Some 79% of the work has now been completed. When the structure is ready for use it will be the country's biggest bridge. The bridge will feature two lanes of vehicle traffic and will also have a rail connection. The main structure of the bridge will be 3.5km long.
