The structure will be erected in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area (KMAA) and should be ready for traffic by mid-2024. The project will cost some $744.5 million to carry out and also includes the construction of connecting roads. Financing has yet to be finalised although around 42% of the sum required will come from Russian Federal sources.
