Improvement project for Indonesia road link

A series of road contracts are due for a road project in Indonesia. The road runs through North and East Kalimantan. Six of the contracts have been agreed already and a total value of US$180.35 million. The Indonesian Army will be involved in some of the work as the improved road link will boost border access for the country.

    Huge numbers of construction machines as well as plant and equipment are working overtime, backed by mammoth manpower, to meet the targeted completion deadline of March 2018 for India’s Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE).     The Danish government is in talks with contractors over the latest rise in cost estimates for the proposed prestigious Fehmarn Belt Fixed Link between Denmark and Germany.
