Hungarian road development works

New Hungarian road development works are being planned.

Work is being planned in Hungary for the construction of a section of the M83 route. The project is costing around €406.2 million and the work will connect Gyor with Papa.

Building the 36km stretch of the M83 will commence at the end of 2020 and should be complete by 2023. Gyor lies on the route of Hungary’s M1 highway in the north of country, so the new M83 will provide a faster link for Papa to this important route.
