Grove cranes now working in Kuwait

Arabi Enertech KSC is expanding its crane fleet with the addition of 13 new machines from Grove. These cranes have been supplied with support from distributor Equipment Co WLL. Arabi Enertech KSC is expanding its crane fleet with the addition of 13 new machines from Grove. These cranes have been supplied with support from distributor Equipment Co WLL.

The machines were bought by Arabi Enertech KSC to meet its growing demands from customers and in an effort to expand its business. The cranes include three Grove GMK3055 models, four GMK4080-1 models, four GMK5130-2s, one GMK6300L and one RT530E-2.

Khalid Behbehani, chief operating officer at Arabi Enertech, said that the company selected the cranes to help meet rising demand for heavy equipment.

The three-axle Grove GMK3055 has a capacity of 55tonnes and features a 43m boom with Twin-Lock pinning, while the 80tonne capacity GMK4080-1 features a 51m boom. The Grove GMK5130-2 features a 60m six section main boom, while the 300tonne capacity GMK6300L has an 80m boom, which can be extended further with a 37m jib. The RT530E-2 has a capacity of 30tonnes and features a 29m four section, full-power boom.
